ActiveCampaign Received Message Notification Options

When a contact replies to your SMS message in ActiveCampaign, you will want to be notified.

There are a number of options on how to be notified including Slack email and text message notifications.  These notifications can be trigged in Sakari directly or using integrations with other programs. 


Email Notifications

Email notifications when a new text message is received can be triggered from several different locations depending on what features in ActiveCampaign you have access to. 


SMS Notifications

A text message can be sent to your mobile phone when a new message is received.  This can be accomplished using Sakari directly. 


Slack Notifications 

A Slack notification can be created when a new message is received.  You can also respond directly from the Slack channel from both the Slack desktop application and Slack mobile app. 


Sakari Mobile App Notifications 

When the Sakari Chat app is installed, you will receive a push notification when a new message is received.
