Increase your plan

If you regularly run out of credits in the month, we recommend increasing your commitment to take advantage of better rates.  

You will get the most messages for your money by purchasing the credits you need up front.

• In the left navigation, select Settings > Plans & Billing
• Select the Change Your Plan tab

Top up

If you do not want to increase your commitment, Sakari allows you to add more messaging credit to your account via Top ups.  Top ups add messaging credit to your balance and deduct at rate per segment of your selected plan.

Top ups can be added manually or set to add automatically.

Automatic Top Ups

By default, to prevent any interruptions in your message sending, your account will automatically top up by $10 US when your balance reaches $0. 

You can turn this off in Settings > Plans & Billing > Auto Top-Up.
