If you are a tax-exempt company and have not yet upgraded your account, you can create a profile in our payment processor by initiating the checkout flow (entering information, proceeding to payment), even if you do not complete the payment step.

Please provide the determination letter recognizing your tax-exempt status to the support team by emailing a copy to help@sakari.io with the subject line, "Tax-Exempt Status Request."
The support team will follow up to confirm it has been applied, and you can now proceed with the checkout flow.
