Manage payment methods

Overview

All paid Sakari accounts must have at least one payment card.  You can have multiple payment cards in Sakari.  We will use your default payment card to attempt all payments.

The first card added to Sakari is automatically set as the default payment card.  To change the default payment card, first add a new card.

Add a new payment card

  • In the left navigation select Settings > Plans & Billing
  • Select the General tab
  • Click the Add Card button within the Payment Methods section

Change the default payment card

  • In the left navigation, select Settings > Plans & Billing
  • Select the General tab
  • Click the Make Default button within the Payment Methods section

Remove the default payment card

All paid Sakari accounts must have at least one payment method.  A replacement card must be added and chosen as the new default payment method before the current default payment card can be removed.

 

Note: Paid subscriptions cannot be cancelled by removing a payment method.  To cancel a subscription, please close your account (see Close Account).
