Your credit balance is what Sakari usage costs (sent & received messages, phone number validation, call forwarding, etc) are deducted from.

Your credit balance can be viewed on the Sakari Billing Page.

What happens if I use all my credit?

If your balance reaches 0, you can add additional credit by upgrading your subscription or topping up.

How do I add credit?

Subscription

Your subscription will add to your credit based on the plan selected at your selected billing interval.

Top-ups

Additional credit can be added to your account via top-ups, either manually and automatically.

By default, your account will top-up $10USD when your balance reaches $0.

Can I use my Credit Balance to pay my subscription/recurring items?

No. Your chosen Sakari Plan is a usage commitment with Sakari.

Usage costs (e.g. segments prices) are calculated based on your your active plan/commitment level. As Sakari does not otherwise charge any platform fees, the credit balance can only be used to deduct usage-related items.
