Sender details

To see details and settings for a specific Sender, click anywhere along its row in the Senders panel.

SMS tab

Select this tab to see the SMS configuration for the selected Sender.

Countries served

A Sender can only send to the countries shown in Countries served.  

You can remove a Sender's support for a specific country by clicking the 'x' against the country button.

Support for other countries beyond the default options cannot be added. 

Regulatory

Displays the Compliance status for the Sender (see What does the Compliance status of a Sender mean? (US/CA)

The Campaign ID is the unique reference for the messaging registration associated with the number.

Status

Readiness to send SMS from Sakari (see What does the status of a Sender mean?)

Type

The Sender type (see Sender Types).

Use case

The messaging use case of the registration campaign attached to the Sender (see Selecting 10DLC Use Case(s))

Provider

The number provider for the Sender.  Senders purchased from or hosted in Sakari are shown with Sakari as the provider.  Numbers imported via number provider integration show the logo and name of the number provider.

Groups

The Group in Sakari to which this Sender is aligned.

A Sender can belong to a maximum of 1 group.

Send straight to Voicemail

Don't notify Sakari users and forward inbound calls straight to voicemail.  Record a message as text to be read out loud.

Don't handle inbound calls.
