Remove a Sender

  1. Navigate to the Senders section in the Sakari Hub.

  2. Click the trashcan icon to the right of the Sender to remove it from your account.

Notes

  • Removing a Sender automatically archives all Conversations using that Sender.  View archived Conversations by filtering the appropriate Inbox.
  • Deleting the Group that contained a Sender will permanently delete the Conversation history for that Group.
  • The charge for any remaining time on a removed Sender is discounted from your next subscription invoice on a pro-rated basis
