Adding a Sender? Create a Group!

Create a corresponding Group in Sakari for each Sender (outbound number, Alphanumeric Sender ID or short-code) you add to your account.

Groups allow account Administrators to control which users can send messages from which number. Uncontrolled access to a Sender will lead to potential chargeable message errors and end-user confusion. 

A Sender can be added to a Group regardless of its status, and Groups can be created with a few clicks, either before or after adding the Sender - but don't forget!
