Why can't I see messages in the Sakari Inbox?

The user profile you use in Sakari must be aligned with a telephone number (Sender) to see messages that use that number.  Users are aligned with Senders in Sakari via Groups.

Each Group created in Sakari has a corresponding Inbox.  The Inbox displays all messages that use the Sender in that Group.  

Only users in a Group can view messages in the Inbox that use the Sender in the Group.
