Change the outbound number in an active Conversation

The outbound number for a Conversation cannot be changed.

If a message is sent to a Contact and you wish to send subsequent messages to them from a different number, please follow these steps.

  1. In the next message in the active Conversation, advise the recipient that subsequent SMS will come from a different number
  2. Archive the active Conversation
  3. Start a new Conversation (send a message) via the Group containing the desired Sender and continue the discussion
