The outbound number for a Conversation cannot be changed.
If a message is sent to a Contact and you wish to send subsequent messages to them from a different number, please follow these steps.
- In the next message in the active Conversation, advise the recipient that subsequent SMS will come from a different number
- Archive the active Conversation
- Start a new Conversation (send a message) via the Group containing the desired Sender and continue the discussion
