The HubSpot Run As workflow field will determine what phone number is used when your Sakari account has multiple phone numbers.
Overview
When you have multiple phone numbers mapped in your Sakari account, the HubSpot workflow "Run As" field allows you to define which phone number will be used to send your text message.
There are two ways you can use the Run As field:
- Using a phone group tag
- Use the contact owner token
Use Phone Group Tags
Phone numbers can be tagged using phone number groups. When the phone number tag is included in the Run As field in the HubSpot workflow, the tagged phone number will be used to send your message. These two tags must match exactly.
After writing a tag, press the "Enter" key on your keyboard. The text will change into a grey pill shape. You can then enter the next tag, followed by "Enter". When you are finished, click "Save".
In our example below, this user phone group is tagged with "XYZ."
To select the appropriate phone number from a HubSpot workflow we would enter the corresponding tag of XYZ in the Run As field in the Sakari Send SMS action (see image below).
Use a Contact Owner Tokens
Use Phone Groups can also be tagged with full user names. This should be used when a Phone Group is associated with a specific individual, typically a salesperson.
To set this up, please add the full name of the user in the Tags field of your user group.
To select the appropriate phone number from a HubSpot workflow we have two options:
- Populate the Contact Owner Token in the Run As field (see image below). When the contact owner token is populated, this passes the users full name to Sakari, which will cause the group to be used.
- Populate the full name (static text) in the Run As field (simliar to the example above).
