The Custom Send From Type lets you set up a single HubSpot workflow to send from multiple Senders (outbound numbers) based on a variable object property value in HubSpot.

Note: Only supported on accounts with more than one outbound number.

This feature leverages Group Tags.  Enter the Tag of a Group in the Custom field to use the number in that Group to send your message. The value in the Custom Send From field must match the Tag exactly.

Example: 'Contact Owner: Full name' token

Send every message in a single workflow from different numbers in Sakari, based on the Contact Owner in HubSpot.

1. Tag each Group in Sakari

Make sure the Tag is an exact match for the user's full name in HubSpot:

2. Find the Contact owner - Full name token

3. Populate the Custom Send From field [Send SMS action]

The finished configuration looks like this:

When a contact passes through the workflow:

• the token returns the full name of the Contact Owner
• Sakari matches this to a Tag on a Group
• Sakari sends the message from the Sender (outbound number) in the Group.  Replies from any Contact will be received at the same number.
