Allocate a Sender in Sakari to an individual HubSpot team member

  1. Log in to Sakari
  2. Create a Group (see Create and manage Groups)
  3. Add the relevant Sender to the Group
  4. Add the relevant HubSpot user's Sakari User profile to the Group
  5. Add your (the Sakari Administrator) User profile to the Group
  6. Add a Tag to the Group*

*If using a HubSpot token in the Custom Send From field in the Send SMS action in a workflow, the Tag must correspond exactly with the output of the HubSpot token used, or this Group will not be referenceable by Sakari when running the workflow.

For example:

Token: Contact Owner Full Name -----> Tag required: full name of Contact Owner as it appears in HubSpot

Notes

  • The HubSpot user's Sakari profile email must match the email they use to log in to HubSpot
  • Only the HubSpot user added to the Group can send 1:1 messages from the HubSpot contact via (the number attached to) the Group via the Sakari SMS widget
  • Only the HubSpot user added to the Group can see all messages sent to a HubSpot contact via (the number attached to) the Group in the Sakari SMS widget
  • All HubSpot users can see sent and received SMS messages on the Contact's activity timeline (if configured), regardless of this setup in Sakari
