Sakari creates new contact properties in HubSpot when the integration is connected.

Inbound message properties '(Message Received')

When Inbound message info properties only is selected in the HubSpot integration settings, Sakari creates the following properties to record inbound message information.

Message Received properties

• Message Received At
• Message Received Body
• Message Received Destination
• Message Received ID
• Message Received Price
• Message Received Segments
• Message Received Type

The Message Received properties are updated and overwritten with each new inbound text message received from the contact's telephone number.

Outbound message properties '(Message Sent')

When Timeline events & message info properties is selected in the HubSpot integration settings, Sakari adds further properties to record outbound message information.

Message Sent properties

• Message Sent At
• Message Sent Body
• Message Sent ID
• Message Sent Price
• Message Sent Segments
• Message Sent Source
• Message Sent Type

The Message Sent properties are updated and overwritten with each new message sent to the contact's telephone number.
