1. Open your HubSpot account settings and select "Service" and "Tickets"
2. Scroll to the bottom of the window and find the table "Trigger actions when a ticket reaches a certain status". Click "Create workflow" on the column for the status you want to trigger your action.
3. Click "See more" to see all actions you can use.
4. Select "Send SMS for Ticket" under the Sakari actions.
5. Fill in the options for the action and click "Save".
