The Pending status indicates that Sakari has submitted a request to enable your VOIP/landline number for SMS, and the current provider has not yet automatically released the SMS portion of the line.
The process can take up to 72 hours (over business days). To expedite the process, please contact the current provider for the number and ask them to approve the request to release the number.
