Changing voice provider? Re-host your Sender!

The existing hosting arrangement is cancelled when the voice provider for a number added to Sakari via Hosted Messaging is changed.

Messages are at risk of being undelivered until a replacement hosting arrangement is finalised with the new provider.  This takes the same time to set up as the original arrangement (typically 5-7 business days).

Establishing a new hosting arrangement requires:

  • An LOA signed by you within the last 30 days (Sakari provides the form on request)
  • Release of the SMS services to Sakari by the new provider

Please give us adequate notice of any such changes via help@sakari.io.  Giving advance notice to the new provider to accept our hosting request will also help expedite the re-hosting process.

Sakari is not responsible for any messages that are undelivered as a result of a change in voice provider.
