Overview
An Unread message is an inbound message in a Conversation that has not been opened since the message was received.
Unread messages in the Inbox are identified with a blue dot and the contact's name or number in bold.
Once the Conversation is selected in the Conversations list and the inbound message can be viewed in the messages panel, the unread status is removed.
Prioritise Unread messages
Shifts all Unread messages to the top of the Conversations list.
- In the left navigation, select Inbox
- Select the desired Inbox from the topmost dropdown
- Click the filter icon in the Conversations list
- Select Unread Only
