Displays the messages in a Conversation.  Select a Conversation from the Conversations panel to view its messages. 

The Messages panel consists of three sections.

Sender/receiver details

The information in the top-most section applies to all messages in the Conversation.

Contact name

Displays the Contact's name.  Displays the contact's telephone number when no name is saved in the Contact Card.

Inbox

The Inbox the Conversation belongs to (corresponds with the Group through which the message was sent)

Sender

The Sakari number used to send and receive all messages in the Conversation.

Conversation window

Displays the sent and received messages in the Conversation.

Other information displayed includes:

• Day/date of the message(s)
• Time of each individual message
• Delivery status (see Message status in the Inbox)
• Initials of user or function that created the message, including:
  • User initials
  • HI - HubSpot Integration user
  • SS - Scheduler Service
  • HW - HubSpot Workflow
  • AC - ActiveCampaign automation
