Troubleshooting Sakari issues

We all suffer from glitches from time to time!  Please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve many system errors and avoid needing to contact Support.

1. Update Sakari

Perform a 'hard refresh' while logged in to Sakari to update to the latest version.

Windows/Linux:
Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button in your browser.
or
Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

Mac:
Hold down ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift key and then press R.
or
Hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button in your browser.

2. Update your browser

Sakari is constantly evolving with new technologies, and an outdated browser may not support these features, leading to broken layouts or missing content.

3. Clear your browser cache

If Sakari is slow to load, partially loads, or fails to load at all, the cached files may be corrupt or interfering with the current site.

Alternatively, your cache may contain an outdated version of Sakari, which can cause display glitches, broken layouts, or missing features. Clearing the cache ensures you see the latest version.

4. Go incognito

Using an incognito window to log in to Sakari has a similar effect to clearing your cache and also eliminates any interference from ad blockers or extensions to your regular browser window.
