The free, dedicated long-code local area number automatically provided to all new Trial accounts in the United States and Canada can be exchanged for a toll-free number at no net additional charge.

Contact Sakari Support at help@sakari.io to request changing the dedicated number on the account to a toll-free number.
Subscribed account
- Purchase* the toll-free number via the Senders section (click Add Sender and select Buy Number)
- Remove the local-area code number from the Senders section of the Group it resides in (if your account was recently opened, this will be My First Group)

Add the toll-free number to the same Group via the Senders drop-down
- Remove the local-area code number from Sakari via the Senders section (click the trashcan icon in the main Senders panel to the right of the number)
*This generates an invoice for the standard $4/mo, pro-rated to your billing cycle. If the new toll-free number immediately replaces the local area number we included when the account was opened, we deduct the remaining unused time for the removed number (pro-rated to your billing cycle) from your next subscription invoice. There is no net additional charge.
