What if something goes wrong?

How will I know?

The status of every message in each Inbox view in Sakari is clearly displayed.  A red warning triangle indicates messages that have failed to send.  We also email all account Administrators when messages fail.

Our user interface, the Sakari Hub, displays clear error messages when an issue occurs with configuration or operation.

How can I find out what's wrong?

Hover over the red warning triangle on the message in the Messages panel to find the error description for a message.

Multiple reports are available in Sakari for download, on a per-Campaign or account-wide basis, covering various durations, which contain the error codes for each failed message.

Definitions and troubleshooting tips for all message error codes, and those in the Hub, are available at any time in Sakari error codes.

What help is available?

The Hub includes user guidance for all key features.
