Troubleshooting message deliverability from an imported number

Contact the original number provider to investigate message deliverability from an imported number.

Only the number provider or account owner can access the SMS messaging logs for an imported number. Importing a number to Sakari does not transfer ownership to Sakari, so Sakari Support cannot access the logs to troubleshoot message errors.

You are welcome to include help@sakari.io as a CC on the ticket with the original provider in case we can provide additional information.
