Yes! You can mix/match messaging across multiple countries with a single Sakari messaging plan. Your messaging plan will have an associated per-segment rate for each country, which can be found here.
Your account has a messaging credit balance, measured in US dollars. When you send a text message to a specific country, your account balance is deducted per message segment at the price (in US dollars) for sending a message segment to that country.
