Add Contacts

When connecting your Sakari account to an Integration (e.g. HubSpot), your Contacts will automatically sync to Sakari.

You also have the option to add Contacts manually if needed.  This can be done in two ways:

  • Manually (individually) - Add a single Contact to your account
  • Import (from CSV) - Add multiple Contacts to your account by importing a CSV file

Contact Attributes

Every Contact in Sakari has four core attributes (see Contact Card).

  • Mobile* Number (required)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email

Additional contact data fields are optional and can be added.  They're called Custom Attributes and must be created before adding Contacts.

  • Country: the 2-character country code of the number you wish to send the message to (e.g. if you are sending to an American number, type "US")

and:

  • You're uploading a CSV (not XLS or XLSX) file
