Overview

A Contact in Sakari is a record containing the details of a person you want to send SMS messages to.

Contacts panel

The Contacts panel in Sakari allows you to view all Contacts associated with your account.

The main panel displays:

• All Contact Attributes for each contact
• The destination country of the contact's telephone number

From the main panel, you can:

• Search and select individual and multiple Contacts
• Add Contacts
• Block, delete and export Contacts (see Managing Contacts)
• View and create Contact Lists
• View and create Custom Attributes

Customise

The main Contact panel is customisable to your preferences.

Select the Settings icon to choose which columns you would like to see.

Drag and drop to re-order the columns:

Search

Use the search bar to search your Contacts by:

• Mobile number
• Full name
• First name
• Last name

All matching results will be displayed.

Filter

Use the Filter function to filter your Contacts view by:

• All Contacts
• Only blocked Contacts
• Only invalid Contacts
• Only opted-in Contacts
