Archive a Conversation

Archiving a Conversation stops it from being visible in the Inbox.

  • The Conversation is not deleted
  • The contact will not know that the Conversation has been archived
  • You are not prevented from sending them further messages

Archive a Conversation

  1. In the left navigation select Inbox
  2. Find your contact by name or number
  3. Click the three dots icon and select Archive Conversation

Find an archived Conversation

  1. In the left navigation, select Inbox
  2. Select the desired Inbox from the topmost dropdown
  3. Click the filter icon in the Conversations list
  4. Select Archived
  5. Use a partial contact name or number search in the Search bar to find the Conversation

Selecting Archived adds archived Conversations to the Inbox view amongst non-archived Conversations, listed chronologically by start date.  The highlighted icon identifies archived messages:
