Archiving a Conversation stops it from being visible in the Inbox.
- The Conversation is not deleted
- The contact will not know that the Conversation has been archived
- You are not prevented from sending them further messages
Archive a Conversation
- In the left navigation select Inbox
- Find your contact by name or number
- Click the three dots icon and select Archive Conversation
Find an archived Conversation
- In the left navigation, select Inbox
- Select the desired Inbox from the topmost dropdown
- Click the filter icon in the Conversations list
- Select Archived
- Use a partial contact name or number search in the Search bar to find the Conversation
Selecting Archived adds archived Conversations to the Inbox view amongst non-archived Conversations, listed chronologically by start date. The highlighted icon identifies archived messages:
