Overview
Forward voice calls made to numbers in Sakari to an external number of your choice.
Enable Call Forwarding for phone numbers provided by, ported into or purchased from Sakari. Each number can be forwarded to a separate phone number or the same number.
Note
Call Forwarding is not supported for numbers added via Hosted Messaging or imported via a number provider integration into Sakari.
Configure Call Forwarding
- From the left Navigation, go to Senders
- Select the phone number that you want to forward calls for
- Click into Voice
- Click Call Forwarding
- Click Save
NOTE: Call charges apply when forwarding calls. Premium rates may apply when forwarding to a Toll-Free number
