How do I add and manage contacts?

Adding contacts

Unlimited contacts can be added to Sakari for no additional cost.

Your contacts will automatically sync to Sakari when you connect your Sakari account to an integration (e.g. HubSpot).

You can also add Contacts directly to Sakari, in two ways:

  • Manually (individually) - Add a single Contact to your account
  • Import (from CSV) - Add multiple Contacts to your account by importing a CSV file

Contact Attributes

Every Contact in Sakari has four core attributes (see Contact Card).

  • Mobile* Number (required)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email

Sakari uses the telephone number as the unique identifier for a contact.

Additional contact data fields are optional and can be added.  We call these Custom Attributes and you must create them before adding Contact data.

Managing contacts

Add, search, edit, filter, partition and delete your contacts via the Contacts section in the Sakari Hub.

  • Search by name, mobile number and email address
  • Filter invalid or blocked Contacts
  • Create re-useable distribution Lists
  • Create a list in your integration platform and send to it from Sakari - no need to import or duplicate
