Brand Registration lets the carriers know who is sending the messages, from the perspective of the recipient.
When registering, your brand will go through an identity verification process. The Campaign Registry will validate the information submitted to confirm the brand's validity.
When registering the Brand, make sure you are submitting information for who the message is from.
If you are an agency or consultant setting up messaging for a different business, do not enter your own information.
Email and Phone Number
The email address should use the brand's domain, and phone number should be found on the company website and/or social media page
Brand or Business URL
This must be a secure, live & working website. Invalid websites or "in-progress" websites may cause a rejection.
Legal Business Name
Please ensure the Legal Business Name is entered exactly as registered. Mis-capitalization and any punctuation can cause the Brand verification to fail.
If you are in the US, please ensure the information entered matches exactly your CP575 document.

Canada
Tax ID Guidelines:
- Alberta: Corporate Access Number
- British Columbia (BC) requires an alpha prefix
- Quebec CA: Quebec Business Number
- Ontario: Federal Corporation Business Number, remove leading zeros (Example: 002075851 to 2075851)
- Manitoba Corporation Number
- Saskatchewan Provincial Corporation Number is typically a 9 digit number that starts with a 1
