Campaign Options

Campaign options are content attributes of your campaign.

You must ensure these are accurate and match your campaign description and website when setting up your campaign.

Keep in mind what attributes you are selecting, as they may need to be reflected in your Sample Messages.

Embedded Link

Select this if messages for this campaign may include an embedded link of any kind.  If selecting this option, be sure to include an example of your link within at least one sample message.

Note that public URL shorteners (bit.ly, tinyurl) will be rejected.

 

Embedded Phone

Select this if any message may include a phone number (excluding your HELP message) of any kind.  If selecting this option, ensure that at least one sample message represents this option.

 

Number Pooling

Select this option if you intend on attaching this campaign to 50 or more numbers.  Our team will reach out and additional steps will be needed to complete the number pooling process, as this requires a different provisioning process on T-Mobile and approval for the use case.

 

Age Gated Content

Select this option if your website contains any age-gated content as defined by Carrier and CTIA guidelines.  

Age-gating must be in place for your website prior to review; do not submit if proper age gating procedures are not in place.

Certain content is prohibited, even if not used via SMS.  Please see our article on Prohibited Content (SHAFT).

 

Direct Lending or Loan Arrangement

Select this option if your campaign or website includes information about direct lending or other loan arrangements.
