Overview
Your Sakari account support information is included automatically in your automatic HELP messages replies sent on behalf of your account.
To update this information on your account:
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Select the Support Info tab
- Business Name - your business name
- Email - a support email address which can be used for your contacts to communicate with your business
- Address - the physical address of your business
- Website - your business website
- Phone - this should be a support number that your contacts can use to contact you
