Overview
Download summary and detailed message reports of your Sakari account activity from Settings > Account Settings > Reporting
Reports include all messages sent and received in Sakari, directly or via an integration.
Summary Report
A summary (count) of messages by day and status.
The time period options for this report are the past 7 days, the past 30 days, or the past 90 days.
Detailed Report
This report allows you to view individual messages sent and received within the selected period.
The Detailed Report includes the following information for each message:
- Message ID
- Date
- Group name
- From (Sender)
- First name (Contact)
- Last name (Contact)
- Mobile (Contact)
- Country (Contact)
- Email (Contact)
- HubSpot Contact ID
- Message type
- Message content
- Message status
- Segments
- Price
- Sent by (User)
- Source (platform)
- Error (code)
- Subsource ID (workflow ID)
The time period options for this report are the past 7 days, the past 30 days, or the past 90 days.
Opted Out Report
A full list of all contacts that have opted out of receiving SMS messages from your organization.
Note: The Opted Out report includes all opt-outs, and there is no date range to select.
