Support Info

Note

Your Sakari account Support Info is included automatically in the response to a HELP message sent to a number on your account.  Please see this article for more information: Sakari Support for Opt-Out Keywords

 

The following actions are supported only after valid Support Info has been saved to the account in this section: 

  • Refreshing API credentials
  • Saving changes to billing information
  • Changing the account name

To update the Support Info on your account: 

  • Go to Settings > Account Settings
  • Select the Support Info tab
    • Business Name - your business name 
    • Email - a support email address which can be used for your contacts to communicate with your business
    • Address - the physical address of your business
    • Website - your business website
    • Phone - this should be a support number that your contacts can use to contact you
