Which telephone number does Sakari sync from a HubSpot contact?

HubSpot has two default phone number fields: "Phone Number" and "Mobile Phone Number."  Sakari can sync only a single phone number to a single HubSpot Contact record (Contact ID).  

The default setting for initial synchronisation when the integration is first connected is:

  • Mobile Phone Number > Phone Number - Sakari will search the Mobile Phone Number property for a contact first; if that field is null, the number in the Phone Number property will be used

After the integration is connected, you can change this setting in the Mobile Phone Property setting under the HubSpot integration settings in Sakari.

This sets the sync configuration for contacts added to HubSpot after the initial sync.

Steps

  1. Log in to Sakari
  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot
  3. In Mobile Phone Property, select the field that will contain the preferred number for a contact to receive SMS
  • Phone Number > Mobile Phone Number - Sakari will attempt to sync the number in the Phone Number field for each contact first; if that field is blank, the Mobile Phone Number field will be used

     

  • Phone Number - Sakari will only attempt to sync the number in the Phone Number field.  If this field is blank, the contact ID will not be synced

     

  • Mobile Phone Number - Sakari will only attempt to sync the number in the Mobile Phone Number field.  If this field is blank, the contact ID will not be synced
