No Sakari Card/Module on HubSpot Contact/Deal/Ticket

If you are unable to find the Send SMS or Action (depending on page) button for 1:1 messaging and you have already connected Sakari to HubSpot, please see the troubleshooting steps below

Unhide the module

Go to a HubSpot contact record and scroll down.  Expand the module open and drag it up to your preferred location.  

 

Add the module to your view

Customize the View of your Contact Record and add the SMS Module to the right sidebar (see here)

  1. Go to a HubSpot contact record
  2. Select Customize Record in the top right corner of the middle column
  3. Select [Default] View
  4. Select Add Card
  5. Search for 'SMS' which will bring up the Sakari SMS module
  6. Select the card
  7. Save this change
