When using the Sakari SMS widget within a HubSpot Contact Record for an extended period of time, you may occasionally encounter a “Session Expired” error.
This occurs due to a security measure between HubSpot and Sakari called an access token, which automatically expires after 30 minutes. You can resolve this by refreshing the access token using the shortcut CTRL+R (Windows) or Command+R (Mac).
If you still see this error immediately after refreshing, it may be caused by a mismatch between your device’s system time and the time configured in your HubSpot account.
