You can add a US and CA telephone number provided by HubSpot to Sakari through a process called Hosted Messaging.
Your team can continue to use the number to send and receive voice calls via HubSpot. All text messages will automatically be routed through Sakari.
- Only available for US & CA local area-code and toll-free numbers
- Numbers added to Sakari via Hosted Messaging do not support Call Forwarding.
Add the number
- Navigate to the Senders section
- Click Add Sender in the top right corner of your screen
- Select Bring Your Own
Select the country of origin
Hosted messaging is only supported for numbers from the United States and Canada.
Enter your number, select Other as the Provider and click Verify. You'll receive an automated email requesting you to verify ownership with an invoice.
Verify with a screenshot
As HubSpot does not provide invoices, please reply to the automated email with a screenshot of the number(s) in your HubSpot portal. Sakari Support will manually verify the number upon receiving the screenshot.
The number status will show as Verified in the Senders section in Sakari:

FAQ and Troubleshooting
Will removing a HubSpot number from Sakari cancel the number with HubSpot?
No. The SMS services will return to the original provider, as they remain the owner of the number throughout.
