Sakari has released a new integration pop-up messaging interface!
This new interface design is aligned with the Sakari Dashboard experience, providing a cleaner, more feature filled, and easier to learn messaging experience.
Starting a new conversation
To initiate a new conversation, click Create to view your available inboxes. The groups that you belong to will appear in the dropdown as options to send a message from.
Inbox Interface
In the left panel, all open / existing conversations will appear here, along with Preview Text and a button indicating the Group name.
Message Composer
The message composer has been updated to match the Sakari dashboard as well! Insert images, create/update/insert Templates, utilize Sakari's link shortener, or use Sakari's AI generator.
Additionally, we've been able to incorporate our SMS Length calculator, scheduled sending, and easier to insert attributes!
Custom Tokens
Templates are platform/integration specific, but you can now easily insert Sakari and/or HubSpot templates directly into a message/template. The type of token is denoted with the corresponding icon.
Please note:
- Displayed First Name / Last Name buttons are Sakari tokens.
- Not all HubSpot properties will appear in the list/search
- previously available properties can still be inserted with the HubSpot internal name using brackets, e.g. {{{owner.firstName}}} for a contact owner first name
- integration tokens are displayed as internal names
