Enable mapping between multiple Sakari and HubSpot inboxes in HubSpot

Overview

Route inbound messages to specific HubSpot inboxes via Sakari inboxes. 

Each HubSpot account has a single Conversations inbox that can be mapped to a Sakari Group.  All received text messages will be sent to the HubSpot inbox.

HubSpot users on the Professional and Enterprise HubSpot plans can create multiple inboxes.  Sakari supports one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-one mapping.  Here's how to create additional HubSpot inboxes

Configure in HubSpot

Repeat steps 1-3 for each HubSpot inbox you want to set up.

Step 1 - Create individual HubSpot inbox

Create (if it doesn't already exist) the individual inbox you would like to have.  Go to HubSpot settings, click Inboxes, and Create new Inbox.

Step 2 - Map the new inbox to HubSpot users

Map the new inbox to the team, user or users that should have access to the inbox.

Step 3 - Enable channel connection

Select the Connect a Channel Later option in the lower right.  Your mapping to the HubSpot inbox will be completed within Sakari. 

Map the inboxes in Sakari

In Sakari, go to Integrations > HubSpot.  Toggle on HubSpot Inbox and map each Group to the desired HubSpot inbox.

Pro tip: Add your Sakari user profile to the Group(s) you want to map.  Only the Groups your profile is a member of will appear in the dropdown.
