Using the Sakari integration, you can send and receive your Sakari text messages natively in the HubSpot inbox.

Setup

Enable the HubSpot Inbox in Sakari

In Sakari, navigate to Integrations > HubSpot and enable the HubSpot inbox.

Map your Groups to HubSpot inboxes

You can map each Sakari phone number group to specific HubSpot inboxes.  The inbox mapping can all be the same, or it can be unique to each group.  

Select the HubSpot Inbox to which you would like the text messages to be routed to.

The 'Add another' function enables you to select different Groups to send to the same or multiple different Inboxes.

Save

Click Save in the top right to save your settings.  Your received text messages will also be sent to your HubSpot inbox.

FAQ/Troubleshooting

The Group I want doesn't appear in the dropdown

Please ensure your user profile has been added to the Group you want to configure.  Messaging and administration permissions on a Group are controlled by Group membership.
