Make Sakari SMS events visible in the HubSpot Contact activity timeline

Only supported if 'Timeline events & message info properties' is selected in Event Notifications in the HubSpot integration settings in Sakari.

  1. Navigate to any contact record in HubSpot
  2. Click Filter activity in the top menu
  3. Under Integrations, check the box for Sakari SMS

Please check Sakari to see if a message was created and sent.

 

If a message was created and sent, please check HubSpot for any other contact records with the same telephone number as the contact to whom you sent a message.  Sakari can only sync one telephone number to one HubSpot contact, so if there's a duplicate, we have likely synced that instead, and the timeline is updated there.  The solution is to merge any other contacts that have the same telephone number with this synced contact.
