Local area code numbers (10DLC)

On initial application for 10DLC registration

Select the numbers you want associated with your regulatory campaign.  Once approved, the selected numbers will be automatically associated with the 10DLC regulatory registration.

After registration is approved

Follow these steps to associate additional local area code US numbers (purchased directly from Sakari or added through the hosted messaging process) to an approved 10DLC registration.

• Click Register from the Compliance column in the Senders panel
• Accept the warning information for submitting a new registration
• Select the numbers to associate (if more than one)
• Click on the "approved" brand ID square and hit Next
• Click on the "approved" campaign ID square and hit Next

 Up to 49 local numbers can be attached to a single 10DLC registration.

Toll-free numbers

The US carriers must verify your messaging against each Toll-Free number (purchased via Sakari or added via the hosted messaging process) individually, requiring a separate application for each toll-free number.

Compliance status for imported numbers

10DLC registration and toll-free verification for US/CA numbers imported to Sakari via number provider integration (e.g., Twilio, Aircall) are not handled by Sakari.  The Compliance status for these numbers will remain blank in Sakari.
