2FA and OTP messages (typically 4 or 6-digit codes) are often filtered upstream by the carriers/providers before reaching Sakari.
Due to the sensitive nature of these messages, it is not recommended to use A2P numbers for 2FA/OTPs, as this defeats the purpose of the messages, which is identity verification.
Sakari does not support or troubleshoot message receipt issues related to 2FA codes or passwords.
