Sharing the integration via your Pipedrive Administrator account lets other team members view and send text messages via Sakari from Pipedrive.

Users with whom the integration is not shared will receive a request from Pipedrive to connect the integration at a user level.  This is not supported and the request will lead to an error page in Sakari.

Steps:

1. Go to the Pipedrive App Marketplace and search for Sakari

   

2. Select the integration and click Manage app

   

3. Click Manage users

4. Select All users

5. Save these settings
