How to Send an Outbound Text Message from Intercom
1. Log in to your Intercom account.
2. From any conversation select the Sakari SMS widget.
TIP: If you haven't installed the Sakari integration and/or don't see the Sakari SMS widget, please see this article: How to Setup the Sakari Intercom Integration
3. Enter the mobile phone number of your contact or type the contacts name. Click Send. This will send a text message to your contact.
4. A new Intercom conversation will be created with your contact. This conversation will be received as a text message to your contact.
