Sakari tests each imported number for two-way messaging support from Aircall. Numbers that fail to pass these tests are labelled "Pending" in the Senders section.
Troubleshooting steps
Check that the number is added to the Sakari integration in your Aircall dashboard:
- Log in to the Aircall Admin Dashboard: https://dashboard-v2.aircall.io/login
- Click Integrations on the left-hand side.
- Find the Sakari integration to which you want to connect the number and click Configure.
- Click Add or remove numbers and add the number
- Return to Sakari and repeat the process in Importing Aircall Numbers
If the number does not appear, it is incorrectly configured in Aircall. Create a ticket with Aircall to request that they verify the configuration.
