Number not shown
The number cannot be seen in the list of numbers available for import in Sakari.
Troubleshooting steps
- Confirm the number is part of the connected Aircall account.
- Select the next page of numbers using the arrow icon
- Search for the last four digits of the number in the search bar
Number cannot be selected
The number can be seen but is greyed out with the message "Please contact Aircall to activate SMS on this number".
