When your contact sends in a "HELP" reply, Sakari will automatically return a text message with the following structure: 

"[Business Name] Alerts: Help at [phone] or [email]. Msg&data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to cancel."

This template is based on the business information supplied in "Support Info"
