Enrollment

Triggers are event-based criteria that, when conditions are met, automatically enroll contacts into the workflow.

Additional actions or triggers can be added to further refine the contacts enrolled in the workflow and make updates or execute an action as specified.

Contacts will enroll in your workflow every time an event occurs where the trigger criteria met, even if the contact has previously been enrolled.
