Enrollment
Triggers are event-based criteria that, when conditions are met, automatically enroll contacts into the workflow.
Each created workflow must be configured to start from one of the following enrollment triggers:
- Message Received
- Link Clicked
- Message Status Changed
- Contact Added to List
- Contact Updated
- Contact Created
- Missed Call
Additional actions or triggers can be added to further refine the contacts enrolled in the workflow and make updates or execute an action as specified.
Contacts will enroll in your workflow every time an event occurs where the trigger criteria met, even if the contact has previously been enrolled.
