View summary and download detailed message status reports for each campaign execution.

Summary execution report

• Navigate to the Campaigns page and select the campaign you want to see details for.

• Click the arrow button on the right to see the expanded view.

You'll see a timestamp of each execution of this campaign.  The expanded view shows:

• Executed At: the date and time that the campaign was executed
• Submitted: the total number of contacts the campaign was sent to
• Failures: the number of 
• Price: the cost of the campaign
• Status: the last status of the campaign

The bar chart displays information about the most recent execution.  Hover over the columns to see more information.

• Processing - newly created and validated
• In transit - sent from Sakari to the carrier
• Sent - the carrier has returned a Sent or Delivered status update
• Error - the message encountered an error at the carrier or with processing

Detailed execution report

Click the download icon to download a CSV report for that execution.

Note: The summary and detailed reports do not include error reporting for campaign configuration (e.g. CAM-0xx errors).  If you encounter these errors while configuring your Campaign before execution, please review the steps in Create a New Campaign.
